Cost: $35 per hour on-site, $25 per hour in the shop
We specialize in making computers work for you. We will do anything in our power to make you happy on any reasonable budget. Just some of the wide variety of the services we provide are: custom built-to-suit computers, computer upgrades, computer repair, network installation and configuration, virus removal, spyware removal, security installation, and data recovery. Why pay more for less? Up-front and honest computer repair shops are growing harder to come by every day. When you take your computer somewhere for maintainance, you expect the job to be done correctly. At Derby Digital, not only do we do the job right the first time, there are no seemingly random fees. We will sit down with you, walk through the entire repair process and explain what each charge was for. There are no charges for anything unless we consult you directly.
Our standard charges are $50 per hour cheaper than most local competitors. Why are our prices so cheap? We only charge what a job is actually worth, unlike most competitors. Computer repair isn't rocket science, and shouldn't be charged like it.
One of the key factors upheld at Derby Digital is honesty. If your computer is too old to service effectively or would cost more to repair than a new computer would, we will tell you. We would rather have satisfied returning customers than unhappy one-time customers. By working with you, we can have a win-win situation - you feel satisfied with the service completed and the next time something goes wrong, we hope to have a returning customer.
